How to hold a conference when you can’t be in the room together?? Well, one of our teams decided for a “Go virtual or go home, or do both” solution.

We all still can’t quite fly into one place for a conference yet, so instead one of our teams came together in each state, following local COVID restrictions and dressing like an eclectic bunch while doing it. Want to know what happens when you let 30 people decide their own theme? Look at the photo! Teams were able to come together in their state groups, dialling in to a central call to participate in the festivities. It was a fun-filled 2 days of activities, and a great step towards meeting as one big family in the future!
